Question by  laceyt (1)

For a not-at-fault car wreck, is the other party responsible to tow my car to a shop in the town where I live?

The wreck was 100 miles away from where I live. The shop that I want to repair my car is 100 miles from the tow yard where my car is. Shouldn't their insurance cover those fees?

If there "no fault," the other driver is not responsible for any of your expenses. The insurance pays if the driver is at fault. You might try Small Claims.

Yeah it is not your responsibility to pay the fees. Insurance should pay them for you for sure. That is what should be done.
