Does Word justify a paragraph?

Word can justify a paragraph. At the top in the tool bar there will be three options one will be left justification, right and center.

Yes it does. After you type in a paragraph, search for the justification set of icons. They include left, right, center and plain justify. Each of these will correspondingly shift the paragraph left, right, center or spread out each line to fill the page.
