Absolutely not. Vinegar does not flush your system out or mask the compound so it will still be detected in a urine, mouth swab, or blood test.

Vinegar does NOT get rid of THC in drug tests. THC is a fat-soluble compound, resulting in THC's notoriously long stay in the body. I would strongly discourage attempting to use vinegar to flush out THC since it could be dangerous. Vinegar is an acid (acetic acid) & if ingested in sufficient amounts could cause serious complications.

Vinegar will not get rid of THC for drug tests. This is a myth. Drinking large amounts of vinegar will give you diarrhea. Exercise and hydration will lower THC, but not get rid of it completely. Do not over hydrate or you will fail based on that.

Absolutely not, vinegar will not do anything to the test results for THC, whether you mix it with urine or drink it first.

interestingly enough i have passed 4 drug tests with use of vinegar. how it works cant tell you, i just know the results. Important is to hydrate and make sure you pee before hand. as mentioned above you will have to re pee if pee is too clear
