No. Vicodin is a highly addictive narcotic in the opiate family, just as Oxycontin and Heroine is. Vicodin is a combination of Hydrocodoe and Acetomenapenn which is commonly called, "Tylenol". Acetomenophen is not aspirin if you are concerned about an allergy to products containing aspirin. Vicodin is a very strong and addictive pain killer.
