Yes, it is searchable through google. Just type "toshiba" and click "I'm feeling lucky", it'll take you to their main homepage, which is mainly about their products of laptops, lcd televisions, projectors, and medical imaging. And if you mean by "boot one" as booting up your toshiba's laptop for the first time, it'll will take you to no sites.

I have an external hard drive form Toshiba and when I booted it for the first time it asked me if I wanted to register my product, and when I did it took me to the Toshiba registration page for me to fill in the blanks, Toshiba does have a homepage and it is w .
