Yes they do. You can buy them at select electronic stores or online. Size ranges from the 19 inch to a 32 inch wide screen. If the stores around you don't carry them, a quick internet search will give you retailers to compare prices and find the one you want.

Probably not in production anymore. Almost all electronics manufacturers are producing only DVD and now slowly upconverting their production lines to Blu-ray. You might be able to find another manufacturer that still has a TV/VHS combo but I don't see any sansui brands out there. Try local goodwill or salvation army.
