Does OneCCCtl Class have something to do with Activex?

Yes it does. OneCCCtl is what makes Activex function on your computer. It is what allows information to be translated from your Activex controls to your computer itself. A bit hard to explain but OneCCCtl acts like a translator.

They do but it is not recommended. Binding these together in a sort of control is a long way around just going into Activex yourself and fixing whatever the problem may be.
