Just like any other entreprise,Maybelline employ people.Of course they are not the same as classical workers and can be more described as ambassadors. The reason you can often see the same models in their ad or commercials is because they are bound by a contract.

Maybelline typically uses the same models for the company's product line. A couple examples are Christy Turlington, who has had a long-standing relationship with Maybelline and Adriana Lima who have both modeled much of the company's product line.
