It does not include abortion. But it does include common sense, good judgment and the right to go to Planned Parent to learn about how to avoid unwanted pregnancy.

If you follow by what the Founding Fathers probably meant, then no, it doesn't. They were conservative in social views for the most part, so abortion is not included.

Absolutely. Positively it does. How can one be happy if they DON'T have control over their own body and personal destiny? It's YOUR decision--not your next door neighbor's. I persued my personal happiness in the early 70's and I have never regretted it and am still happy with my choice.

No, this phrase would not cover abortion. This is because a fetus is not an American citizen and is not covered by the Constitution.

That is going to depend on who you ask the question to, some have a very strong believe that they have a right to make this decision.
