Diet pills by and large do not work at all. Those that are not FDA-approved (the only one currently approved is alli) can have very unpleasant and dangerous side effects for your health - worse than being overweight or obese. Many contain stimulants that are unproven and dangerous. Diet and exercise is the only surefire way to lose weight.

Hydroxycut Extreme is a yes and no. If you keep up with your diet and exercise plan along with the medicine it can be benificial.

no its not good because hydrocut that was proven not to work. it makes your heart work harder by pumping tons of caffine through your blood.it will make you very jittery and in some cases makes you sick of your stomach.and it will gives you chest pains .

Hydroxycut was recently reformulated due to health concerns, and they took out their major ingredient. If you had the old one - yes it will probably work. The new one is mostly an herbal supplement with caffeine, so you may as well buy the raw ingredients yourself and have some coffee in the morning.
