There are a few things you can see about him that will reflect if he loves you or not, does he call at the last minute for a date, are you a second guess, as in if the boys are available to go out with then you are left home. If the answer to any of these is yes.

That is a question you need to ask him and not be guessing. Judge by his attitudes towards you and how well he treats you. If he really loves you he would do just about anything for you and tell you that he loves you as well.
