Connecticut does participate in the multi-state lotteries; however, it also has a few games just for the state. The Classic Lotto jackpot starts at a million dollars. There's also Play 3 and Play 4, as well as the scratchcards and Cash5. The CTLotto site lists game retailers.

Yes, Connecticut does have a lotto. They also have a game called Mega Millions, which is a multi-state lotto, including such states as California.
