I think you are asking for this number 08700 700191, it's their customer support number. So they should help you, or they will tell you other number to call.

You can reach the Vodafone Customer Care by dialing *555 on your Vodafone headset. I have included for emergency situations - like the loss of the handset, the requests for SIM card blocking and unblocking, etc. You can reach this line on *228 for emergencies, or 0372022258. According to the vodafone website these numbers can be reached on any holiday.

The number for the Vodafone helpline that should work is 1555 on your Vodafone mobile or 08700-77-6655 on any phone.
