Arrests are commonly displayed on any criminal background check. It does not matter why the arrest occurred. If you were cleared, you may be able to expunge it.

No arrests do not show on a background check. The only thing that shows up on a background check is if you have been tried and convicted of a crime.

An arrest may or may not show on the criminal background. This is because it may take awhile before it gets into the system, there after it does show up. Contrary to popular belief, this will not disappear in 5 to 7 years. The person must petition the courts to have items removed.

Of course it does. A criminal background check delves into everything; even traffic violations from when you were a teenager. If you want to get someone else's background check though you need their permission first.
