All internal-combustion engines require frequent and regular oil changes. Door hinges and handles also require occasional addition of lubrication. Transmissions and differentials also need lubrication services.

The short answer is yes. The engine, transmission, various accessories, wheel bearings, and so forth all need lubrication. As for the front suspension/steering system, there's a simple way to tell. Raise the vehicle and crawl under. If you see any of those grease fittings, they each need grease. If you can't find any, it doesn't.

It really depends on what you mean. I am sure there are some suspension components that may need lubrication on some cars. Aside from that nothing else should need lubricated really. Unless you mean something else.
