No you do not need to have a blood test. You will need to provide proof of who you are, and proof that you are a resident.

I don't think you have to get a blood test because why would you have to test your blood. I don't think you have to have one that would be really strange if you needed one because I have never herd that before. I looked it up and it says there is no blood test to get a marriage license.

While it used to be a requirement, having blood tests done is no longer needed in order to receive a marriage license in PA. A physical exam is not needed either.

Yes we need a blood test for a marriage license in PA. Taking blood test and comparing with the partner is good.
