They look good for as little as five years or for as many as twenty. The most durable have a coating of urethane. Enhanced urethane lasts longer than regular urethane, though it is more expensive. Most tiles also have a layer of clear protective film. Another factor to consider is thickness. A thicker tile last longer.

Yes, they do. Try digging a bit on internet, this would give you a bunch of suppliers. Vinyl floor tiles are cheap and easy to clean. They are made in a variety of looks, so you will probably find a few good looking designs. They don't last very long, but they're cheap to replace.
