Do the bumps on a cartlige peircing ever go away?

They're not infected; they're just bumps that look like they shouldnt be there. All my piercings have these bumps.

This is the tissue which has been 'pushed' aside to make room for the object. These will stay, but can be minimized. After the area has totally healed, the area around the 'bump' can be gently messaged between the forefinger and thumb. Continuing this practice will break down the cartilage somewhat.

If you have bumps, that indicates the piercing was done with a gun, rather than a needle. These bumps may get a little smaller but won't go away.

They will not go away. These are just your bodies' natural reaction to the piercing. If they start to get swollen or if they start to hurt then you need to see a doctor.
