Yes, Ph strips are used for testing amniotic fluid leaks. this should be done along with the Fern test for accuracy. ph strips turning blue green to dark blue shows fluid leak.

Yes, because the ph in the vagina is very acidic and the ph of the amniotic fluid is more alkaline.

They do test for leaks and it will give you a positive or negative. It has shown though through people using these that they arnet always all that accurate. For the most part women get positives when really they arnet at risk for this issue.

Yes, the usual way to test for an amniotic fluid leak is to put a ph trip in your panties and the color will tell you if you're leaking fluid.

No! ph strips will not give you the answer,you will have to go for a urine test to know about it.
