Do most vets recommend Eukanuba dog food?

Yes. It's one brand, science diet is another. Many dog foods contain fillers that have no real nutrition, because its cheap to produce. Better dog food has more nutritional substance that cost more, but truth is your pet needs less food when its better quality so is it really more expensive? Also with better food they go less often, Bonus!

Vets recommend many types of dog food, but vets are not dog nutritionists. Most of the time you have to try your dog on different dog foods to see which one will do best for the dog. Some irritate the stomach , and others cause loose stools. Trial and error.

I have found that most veterinarians will recommend Hills Science Diet over all other brands of food, these come in a variety of formulas to meet your pets specific needs.

Some may and some may not. Eukanuba contains lots of fillers that may end up making your dog sick. Try Blue Buffalo.
