This really depends on a combonation of factors. If a girl is 45 and never had a boyfriend, there may be issues, but if she is younger most guys would brush it aside.

It varies from guy to guy, but most prefer that a girl have at least some prior experience. It can be awkward being a girl's first boyfriend.
