For the most part no. Sometimes there is a best eaten by date on the can but a lot of food in a can last for a very long time.

Yes, canned foods will eventually go bad, both home canned and commercially canned. If there's no expiration date on the can, check to see if the lid has popped up, or if the can is bloated or distended in any way. Those foods have spoiled.
