Yes most of them do but it is up to them if they want to disclose this to the public. They usually won't so your better off going to an actual hair salon and they can order them for you if you make some sort of agreement with them as well.

Some beauty supplies stores will carry catalogs. It depends on what beauty supply store you're going to. Not all will care hair catalogs, if your beauty supply does not carry hair catalogs, you can always purchase them online.
