Do all scientists use the same process to find answers to questions or to solve a problem?

No, they have different ones depending on what field they are in. A computer scientist will start by creating a program to search for a solution, where as a chemical specialist will look over the interactions of different items before they proceed.

The process, known as the "Scientific Method" is pretty much the same no matter who uses it. Though the process may vary slightly, most use it because it works.
