Did they make Barracudas in 1965?

The first generation Plymouth Barracudas were first in production in 1964. They were manufactured until 1974, all though they changed dramatically in style. The 1965 model is a more rare style that is very sought after today since it was only made from 1964 to 1966 with a distinct wrap around back glass.

Yes, Plymouth did have a Barracuda in 1965. They actually just started to produce this car the year previous. It was organically based off of the Valiant. They would continue to make them all the way until 1974. There was supposed to be a new model introduced in 1975 but it never can to be.
