Did Dr. Watson get removed from the Sherlock Holmes stories?

I don't believe he did, no. There were a total of 56 short stories and 4 novels, and Watson narrated all but four of the stories. A couple of the stories are told from Holmes' memory to Watson, so naturally he isn't featured in the story himself, but I wouldn't call him "removed."

NO dr.Watson never got removed from sherlock holmes because he is one of the most important characters of sherlock holmes.without him the sherlock holmes is very much incomplete.there was never a point when dr.watson was removed from his story that is the sherlock holmes.Dr wATSON WhO IS A VERY BRAVE man was never removed from sherlock holmes.
