Did Aristotle discover the atom?

Aristotle did not discover the atom. Around 1803, John Dalton developed the theory of atom which refers to inseparable or indivisible of the particles and substances are composed of atoms.

Greeks and Indians philisophers were the first to think that matter was ultimately divisible in very small components, or atoms (atom means "that cannot be divided"). However, we only got proof of it with the progress of chemistry.
