Call your doctor tell them whta you have been diagnosed with then tell them what is happening to you and ask them if it one can cause the other they will be able to tell you right away. And if so they will be able to tell you how to stop it from happening.

I think it's possible. It is normal for people with scleroderma to have puffy facial skill or to have puffy hands and fingers.

Scleroderma affects the skin and creat a local area in to reddening, swelling, tenderness, itching and pain. The skin changes can be widespread but most common in fingers, face and neck. So face appears like a puffy sore face.

Just because you have a puffy sore face does not mean that you have scleroderma! It could be a variety of things. Do not panic. Diets high in salt can contribute to swelling, as can allergic reactions. Have you been put on any new medications recently? Have you experienced a change in sleeping patterns, diet, or stress level?
