Although unusual, juvenile cataracts could affect a young puppy. A bulging protrusion known as cherry eye could block their sight. Blows to the head could cause a detached retina.

It is possible. It's not the end of the world if you dog goes blind. There have been several dogs who have lived healthy lives while blind. Wave a flash light in front of his eyes and see if they move. If you see a problem go to the Vet.

Yes it is a possibility if the puppy has some sort of disease or infection. Also it could just be that the puppy is dealing with temporary problems.

If you're not sure, go see a vet. It is possible that your puppy is going blind or has some kind of an infection that needs to be treated with medicine. For example cloudy eyes are a sympton of blindness.
