Whether you get the pension depends on how it's set up and/or if you are the beneficiary. If you get the pension, the SS benefit would likely be adjusted. There are a number of factors to consider.

Yes, you can. Check with his pension company NOW to make sure you have survivorship rights. SSDI spousal survivors DO get benefits if survivor/spouse is 67 or full retirement age.

Yes, you are eligible to collect your husband's social security benefits when he dies unless yours is higher. Social Security will only pay out the higher of the two benefits if you are both collecting. You are also eligible to collect for any children you may have under the age of 18.

To collect on his Social Security benefits, you must have been married at least ten years before he died. The rules on pensions vary. You should contact his pension plan to find out how long you must have been married to collect, and whether or not his pension has survivor benefits at all.

If you have been or were married more than 10 years, you can collect based off their Social Security benefits or your own. You can collect from his pension if married as long as the pension contract states and if his pension has survivor's benefits. If it does not have survivor's benefits, you cannot collect.
