If you washer ans dryer can handle it then typically you can. I prefer to hand wash then air dry my mats. Some mats may be too delicate to wash in a machine.

Yes, you can wash them just as easily as carpet in your house. A common way to clean out grease spots it to use simply green and a scrub brush. You and also use a steam cleaner, one for the house will work just as fine, just be gentle on an insignia lettering on the mat.
