Can you visit the unemployment office in Pennsylvania to file for benefits or do you have to file online?

I don't have regular access to a computer.

Retrieve where you worked, dates you worked, and wages earned at each job. Be sure to have your driver's license and Social Security numbers. I would start out by calling 1-888-313-7284. Note: if the last digit of your Social Security Number is odd call Monday, Wednesday or Friday. If its' even call on a Tuesday or a Thursday.

You can file either by telephone via the UC Service Center's statewide toll-free number, 888-313-7284, or by visiting a PA CareerLink office for computer access and assistance.

An applicant can go in person but expect to have a long wait. Providing the required information on the appropriate website is also an option and takes less time.
