There are a number of items that need to be checked. First, check your tire pressure, a low tire will cause a pull. Second, check the power steering fluid level. If it is low, follow the lines from the reservoir to the steering gear and look for leaks. Finally, check for bent or improperly greased components that may be binding.

The most common reason for bad steering response is an incorrect wheel alignment. Take it to an alignment shop and have them check it out.

First check to see if your power steering is working correctly (pump, hoses, and gearbox). Next if all that is ok check your front suspension for worn out parts.

it may be the start to a bad power steering pump. it may just be bad power steering lines or it may be bad tierod ends which can make it difficult to steer

Well if the steering is not right you should do an inspection. Look under the car for loose or broken parts. If you can see anything wrong take the car to get aligned. Get you wheel balanced check after this if it doesn't help.
