1. First upload the rosters to the playstaion site via ps3. 2. Sync to your psp or connect your psp directly to your ps3 and copy it over directly

You need to connect you psp to a wireless internet connection, such as a wi-fi or home wireless connection. The game should have some options to download.

To download a roster you need to connect to a wi fi hot spot. The go into the options menu and select upload rosters.

In order to download most things to the PSP a home brew version is required. There are many sights where a home brew can be downloaded for free to the PSP. Once it is downloaded and installed there is no end to the goodies that can be downloaded on the the PSP.

In order to download rosters to your psp you must first upload the rosters to the official playstaion site via ps3. Once you have done this you can then sync them over to your psp! Another option is to connect your psp directly to your ps3 and copy it over directly.
