You can do an internet search for medical research projects in your area. Also check at the local colleges and hospitals and see if they are hiring. Typically it is easy but you will need to be in the right academic climate.

Contact local colleges to volunteer for medical research and psychology studies they perform. Contact the clinical research departments at local hospitals, especially teaching hospitals, and sign up for any research studies they have. You can also review the newspapers near local colleges and medical schools for medical studies advertising for participants.

Start by checking the yellow pages for medical research firms in your area. Speak to your Doctor about any clinical trials that he/she may be aware of. Check the classifieds in your local paper. There are usually a few adverts there for clinical trials that are about to begin.
