Can you tell me about the Biblical character Timothy?

Timothy, from the bible, preached to Jewish Christians. His father was greek, and his mother was jewish. Timothy eventually met Paul, and Paul circumcised him so that the Jewish people would listen to him. Timothy is very young, and in faith, was Pauls son. He also traveled for Paul to strengthen the churches.

Timothy was a character in the New Testament. His mother's name was Eunice, and his grandmother was Lois. The apostle Paul was his mentor and wrote two sets of letters to Timothy (1 & 2 Timothy in the Bible). He was an evangelist and sometimes traveled with Paul.
