Can you suggest a romantic dinner menu, including a dessert that includes chocolate?

It's our first anniversary and we want to stay in.

Nothing speaks elegance and romance better than a quiet candlelit dinner. Since you are celebrating a first anniversary I would plan a simple, but tasteful, menu. Salmon in a light lemon butter sauce with steamed vegetables is not only easy but healthy. For the perfect dessert try chocolate-dipped strawberries.

Appetizer - something for sharing such as a shrimp crab and artichoke dip with crostini bread Entree - a grilled fish dish cooked in aphrodisiac herbs such as coriander and honey served with aphrodisiac vegetables such as asparagus and carrots Dessert - chocolate fondue with strawberries would make a perfect and fun romantic dessert Serve with nice chilled white wine

Start with a salad (with all the goodies), entree a bacon-and-feta-stuffed chicken breast (use cast-iron skillet), with a side of your favorite potatoes and broccoli. For dessert, brownies fresh from the oven, with vanilla ice cream and all your favorite toppings (caramel, fudge, whipped-cream, and a cherry). And white wine.

The best way is to look for recipes online and practice it before the big day. That way you know you will both like it, no allergic reactions, etc.
