Can you subscribe to the weekly TV Guide, or do you have to buy it at the grocery store?

I think it would be cheaper to subscribe, if possible.

Yes, sometimes there is a form that you can use to subscribe to the service. Or, you can use the service online for free if you have an internet connection

Yes, it is definitely possible for you to subscribe to the weekly TV Guide magazine. In order to complete this process, just buy a copy at the grocery store the next time you are there. Inside each magazine is an order form that you can send in to subscribe. Just fill this out, mail it in, and you're a subscriber!

You can subscribe to it. I think that there is probably a card inside that tells you to fill it out if you want to have it delivered.

You do not have to purchase TV Guide at the grocery store; you can subscribe to it and receive it via mail. An even cheaper alternative is to visit their website, which is free.
