Absolutely not, even if you can get access to relatively fresh not-yet-necrotized flesh, the temperatures required to safely inactivate the zombification-inducing virus would be enough to completely char the meat beyond all nutritional value.

Theories are mixed. Most people don't cook rotting hamburger, and with zombie flesh there's no bloodflow and hence the meat is rotting the entire time. This is why a zombie will die after long enough time, because the flesh just rots away. If you must eat a zombie, stay away from the brain and just eat the muscles.
