It is extremely rare to be able to do so. Your body doesn't need to do that since the hormones in your body are already telling itself that there is something going to be born. You don't need to create the material to make one until this one comes out. Hence you can't get pregnant when you already are.

Although rare, some women do. As in the case of the woman (from Arkansas? ) who is pregnant with twins, but they were concieved at different times. There are also women who menstruate during pregnancy as well. My last pregnancy was twins, and I believe to this day they were concieved as seperate times.

It is extremely rare, but it can happen, there have been a few documented cases of twins who are not twins. This can only happen very very early during the original pregnancy.

No you cannot ovulate during pregnancy. Ovulation usually stops during pregnancy but in very rare cases it may happen people do get pregnant a second time while being already pregnant. I might be due to some fertility drug being used by the lady. But experts say that it is very very rare to happen.
