Can you make crayons out of fabric?

Otherwise, what are fabric crayons?

Fabric crayons are for making permanent designs on fabric. I think you have to draw with them on paper first then transfer the design by ironing, but check the instructions on the package!

No you can't. Crayons are normally made out of wax. Fabric crayons are for kids to draw a design on special paper then iron on their clothes

Crayons consist of wax and pigment. Fabric crayons are designed to write on or be transferred onto fabric using heat. They are not made with fabric themselves. It is meant to not fade and stick to the fabric even when washed.
