Can you help me troubleshoot my PCI sound card that is not producing sound?

My PCI sound card is not producing any sound, I have rebooted and done everything I know to do to get it to work.

Remove the card and previous sound drivers. Install the card drivers again, shut down and plug in the pci card. Start the computer again and see if it's recognized.

If possible reinstall the drivers. Sometimes disabling or install the card then reinstalling or enablig it helps. You may have to restart it before your reinstall though.

Be sure you have a latest drivers to your card. You can try to reinstall them. Check if card is not muted. Try to connect a headphones, turn up volume

okay when you are on you computer, then you need to go to device manager, look for the sound, video, and game icon, then right click it, that will tell if it has a problem with the sound, also check the volume mixer. This can be done by clicking windows icon. then type in search box sound.
