If you know someone that can fabricate really well you can have it installed. You will have to pay for the work and I am not sure how much they will do it for but it can be done.
You can have an in-dash GPS installed, but it would cost you more than buying a clip-on one as you would have to customize the dashboard to fit the GPS-device.
