Can you grow giant Saguaro cactus outside of Arizona?

Could I grow it in Florida, for example?

Perhaps. The main problem is that it's illegal to dig one up, even a little bitty one. The second problem would be the major difference in humidity between Arizona and Florida. You should check your local laws to see if it would be considered an invasive plant. Perhaps call a local nursery and ask what they have that's similar.

The best way to truly answer that is to either go and do a web search for information. Or go to your local greenhouse and tell them what you want to do and they will be able to tell you right away if it will work or not.
