The Spirit of st Louis is famous because it was flown over the Atlantic Ocean by Charles Lindburgh. The Spruce Goose was the mainly wooden plane that was flown by billionaire recluse Howard Hughes. Finally teh Voyager was the first plane to fly around the world non stop without refueling.
