The sound quality is average but the only bad side it that it has digital readout. The antena is really sensitive which is a big plus.

Produced in Europe by Grundig, this radio offers am/fm receiver, alarm clock, easy-to-read monochrome LCD display, 14 shorwave bands for international listening, and can be used indoors or out. It works on four D batteries(or four AA ones), and weighs approximately 3.5 pounds. You can use headphones or utilize RCA line jacks to connect to other stereo or amplifier.
