Although it is more common to have cramping when you are cold, you can also have cramping when you are too hot. When you are uncomfortable, you can have cramps.

Yes, this can happen because of loss of sodium from perspiring. Becoming dehydrated when exercising can cause this. Drinking water will help stave off the cramps and overheating of the body.

Yes, if you dont drink enough water when you excersise than once you get overheated you will get bad cramping but the same can go if you drink too much.
