Replacement car seats can be obtained from a number of sources, such as your local junk yard, or a number of online retailers. You should also be able to get them from your local ford dealership, but they will be much more expensive there. Another option if your seats aren't damaged severely are seat covers, obtained at most stores.

Yes you can. You can either buy a set of aftermarket seat that will work in you car or original style seats. Both can be located online but for oem style seat you will get a better deal if you can find a good used set at a local salvage yard or auto-recycler.
