If you touch an infected person's body fluids you may be at risk. Skin to skin is generally safe unless there are lesions on the skin.

Some of the Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) like Genital herpes can be transmitted by touching the microbe infected areas of other persons and then touching your genital parts.

There are many different sexually transmitted diseases, and they vary in how easily they can be caught. That being said, it is very, very unlikely that you could ever catch one from merely touching someone. Almost all of them require an exchange of body fluids to be transmitted.

It depends on how you touch them and what STD they are infected with. If you touch someone that has an STD or come incontact with there secretions like ejactulation and then touch your own vagina, eye, or mouth yes you can.

No in most cases. Just casual touching and hugging will not give you an STD. If you were to touch someone's genitals with your mouth then you could get it....
