Can you explain the intertidal zone food web?

Intertidal zone on the food web is an area in which land and the sea meet found all over the world. Nutrients and oxygen rich area home to many different creatures who have to adapt to their living area due to constant changes in salinity, temperature, water movement and moisture.

Different species of fish reside in different layers in the ocean depending on light and temperature and predators. Some larger fish travel from one layer to another to feed.

Only 2% of the ocean are shallow enough to produce algae which is the Number 1 Food producer. The engery out of this is what males the intertidal food webzone.
